7:00 PM - BYOB Icebreaker at the Chuck Wagon Gang Headquarters at Ector County Coliseum, provided by Chuck Witt. At the same time, some classmates are meeting at Dos Amigos (Dos’ banquet/reserved area at a cost of $1500 was not an option for our non-budget planning team). Feel free to visit both locations.

Saturday July 16

8:30 AM - Ratliff Golf. $35 includes everything. Tee times are being held but, due to limited registration, this is a non-tournament event. All are welcome.

4:00 until 7:00 PM - Permian High School Open Access. The school will be open for this period to free-roam and visit our school, bring the family. One school staff member will be available to assist.

8:00 PM - Saturday Night Bash at Ratliff Golf Pavilion. Full cash bar and indoor area available. Grill will be open until midnight.

Summary:

This idea began on Facebook shortly after the 25 year reunion for the class of 1985. After learning that no 25 year reunion was planned for our class, a Facebook group was created to measure interest for a possible event weekend. After receiving positive responses, plans were set in motion to have this milestone celebration for our class. Our reunion team has only one purpose: to plan a good time.

With no funding, this website has been established and events have been coordinated and reserved. We will not be creating funds for our class or for any future events and we will not be making any profit from this reunion. All individual costs are based solely on your amount of participation. Again, we are not generating funds for any purpose.

Golf Tournament Details. Sign-in 8:30 am, Shotgun Start 9 am. Ratliff Golf Links in Odessa.

Cost $50- covers green fee, cart, admin fee & prizes.

School Tour Details. Saturday July 16 4pm- meet at main lobby. This will be a guided tour of the entire facility.

Saturday Night Event -- Ratliff Golf Links Saturday July 16 8pm until 2am.

Full bar open til 1:20 am, grill open til midnight. Covered pavilion with lights and satellite radio sound system, also indoor area. We will have entire facility for use. Taxi service will be setup. This is city property so no outside food, beverage or alcohol allowed- $500 fine for violators.

Facility usage fee is only $100 (MCM Grande Fundome costs $1000 and Shack in the Back costs $2000). We have no pre-established funds so this location was the logical choice. Thanks to Paul Porter for this idea.

25th year almost-reunion discussion is underway. Right now it seems we have a date set, July 15-16, 2011.
